What is GTAdvantage Supplies Inc. Policies on a Return or Exchange?

 

Unlike many other online e-commerce websites GTAdvantage Supplies Inc., we offer a full return,  if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Simply return your order to our ATTENTION for a full refund (Returns must be unused and in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) within 30 days.  We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go email or call us and use the free return label provided for every domestic shipping. Shipping return costs all prepaid.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and posted back to your credit card or the original method of payment within 7 days.   Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

 

PLEASE do not ship your return back to the Manufacturer directly.  They will only ship it back to you and any incurring shipping charges will be deducted from your applicable refund.  

 

For International refunds (outside Canada) the cost of the item will be returned for a full refund but applicable shipping and brokerage fees will apply.   The time frame for international returns/refunds/exchanges is 45 days.

 

GTAdvantage Supplies Inc. understands there could be errors at the time of orders and exchanges will be honoured and handled professionally with a nominal charge for shipping if the incorrect item/commodity was in error by the prospective customer/client.  If the error found to be that of/behalf of GTAdvantage Supplies Inc., we will honour the original order in full by offering a replacement, exchange or refund at full cost to GTAdvantage Supplies Inc.
